Kincaide began in 1995 as a family roofing business in Metro Detroit, and it is still one today. More than 30 years later, we work across Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties, and Pontiac, near the middle of Oakland County, is a regular stop for our crews.

Scott, the owner, is on the job. He walks the roof with you before anything is quoted, explains what he sees in plain terms, and is the one you talk to if something changes. On older Pontiac houses, things do change once the old roof comes off, which is why the crew photographs every step: the old layers, the decking underneath, any rot or damage found and the finished work. You see the picture before we go further.
